Well summer has already started and I haven't put up a blog yet that I actually thought meant something. So here am I writing down some thoughts about how this summer after my first year of college has been.
Honestly it hasn't been the best summer, but I've learned that you can't compare summers because each summer has a role to play in our life. Each summer has a way of teaching us growth in some way. So far this summer though I've been able to be more honest about stuff with my parents and actually been able to have a great conversation with my mom I thought I'd never get to have, but I did.
I went down to Missouri for a week for catalyst which was an interesting experience for me. It was good, but not the best ever either, just a new experience I haven't had ever. I learned somethings about myself and others which was very important to me, made me stronger in who I am. God is still working on that part as He was teaching me a lot of things last night which was a great moment in itself.
It's my plan to go head to Alabama tomorrow night with campus ministries, but the more I sit on it, I don't think it is where I'm suppose to be. Of course it would be awesome to place that under my belt of something I've done and that I got to see some of my good friends. I just feel like that isn't the answer and it just doesn't feel right, so I'll keep praying and God will give me an answer I know He will.
